This gallery of images were taken during the summer of 2025 at Brooks Falls Camp in Katmai National Park and Reserve in Alaska.

I spend 5 nights camping near the falls and had an amazing experience living among the Brown Bears.

The salmon run was 4 times higher than normal which made the river look red with salmon. This meant the bears had very little competitive encounters and I got to capture a lot of play fighting.
